  • No product assessment is required by the salesperson.
  • Salespeople never promise anything to the customer regarding the percentage Soeco will want to purchase.
  • The salesperson should try to sell the inventory if this has not already been done.

Describe the case as: "Purchase of customer's furniture".

The case will be assigned to the appropriate Purchasing Manager at Soeco, who will contact the Yllw salesperson via email.

 

Information Soeco needs from the Yllw salesperson:

  • Pictures of each product model.
  • Note the general condition of the products.
  • Quantity of each product model.
  • Location of the customer.

 

Use Soeco's App:

For pictures, condition, and quantity, use Soeco’s inventory app. Export to Excel and send it to info@soeco.se.

 

What does the salesperson receive to present to the customer?

Soeco will send a PDF quote via email to the Yllw salesperson, who will present it to the customer.

The quote shows the total amount Soeco is willing to pay for the customer's furniture, not by product model.

 

Shipping

The Yllw salesperson books the shipping via Soeco’s or Yllw’s freight agreement.

Shipping and assembly are additional, according to standard terms.

The freight calculator is used to capture all shipping-related costs.

 

How to send the quote to the customer?

Yllw adds Soeco’s quote into Yllw’s quote template and sends it to the customer.

Shipping, assembly, and any other time for personnel are additional.

 

2. Customer wants a quote for refurbishing their furniture

 

What should Yllw salespeople keep in mind when communicating with the customer?

No product assessment is required by the salesperson.

Salespeople never promise anything regarding what can be refurbished.

 

Who should be contacted and how?

Send an email to info@soeco.se.

State that it concerns: "Refurbishment of customer’s furniture".

The case will be assigned to a salesperson at Soeco, who will contact the Yllw salesperson.

 

Information Soeco needs from the Yllw salesperson:

  • Pictures of each product model.
  • Note the condition of the products.
  • Note what the customer wants to refurbish (e.g., fabric, color).
  • Quantity of each product model.
  • Customer's location.
  • Customer's possible wishes regarding the timeline..

 

What does the salesperson receive to present to the customer?

Soeco will send a PDF quote via email to the Yllw salesperson.

The quote shows the refurbishment cost per product and the estimated time required.

 

Shipping

Shipping to Dalby for refurbishment and back to the customer after refurbishment is booked by Yllw.

Shipping, assembly, and other related costs are additional according to standard terms.

3. Customer wants to buy reused furniture

 

How does the Yllw salesperson access the reused assortment?

Yllw can access the assortment through Soeco’s intranet.

Log in under "Portal for contract customers" on Soeco’s website.

 

How does the Yllw salesperson get a quote and reserve products?

Select products and add them to the cart.

Click "Send request to us" to get a quote within 2 days and reserve the products for 2 weeks.

 

What does the salesperson receive to present to the customer?

The quote is sent to the salesperson’s email.

4. Customer wants to buy customized reused furniture

 

How does the Yllw salesperson access the "reuse catalog"?

Yllw can access the catalog via Soeco’s intranet, just like for reused furniture.

 

What information does Soeco need to give a price for customization of reused furniture?

Select products and write what needs to be customized in the cart (e.g., new fabric or lacquer).

 

How does the Yllw salesperson get a quote and reserve products?

Send the wishlist via email to info@soeco.se. A quote will be sent within 2 days.

How does the Yllw salesperson access the app?

Visit www.Inv.soeco.se for the application.

 

How are Yllw salespeople trained?

Soeco offers training in the app with 2-3 sessions. Dates will be announced soon.

 

7. Soeco salesperson wants to sell new furniture

 

How does the Soeco salesperson access Yllw’s supplier agreement?

Soeco salespeople purchase new furniture from Yllw with a 25% discount or transfer the sale to a Yllw salesperson.

 

8. How do we process transactions in our systems?

 

Transactions in the systems:

All types of transactions (purchases, refurbishments, reused furniture) are processed in Yllw’s system and Soeco’s quote template.

Purchases are created as usual in BC for products from Soeco and new furniture.
